高校图书馆招标采购中存在的问题及对策

本文对高校图书馆图书招标采购的好处和存在的主要问题进行了讨论，并针对存在的问题提出了一些可行的对策。     

参与式发展研究方法在村级发展规划中的应用 ——以保定市两渔村为例

参与式发展研究是农村发展工作者与农民一起共同分析现状、共同制定和执行发展规划的一种研究方法。运用参与式方法制定的发展方案能够充分体现农民的意愿和想法，使农民在实施中具有很高的积极性，保证方案实施的可持续。采用参与式发展研究方法，按照“参与”、“互动”、“讨论”、“研究”的原则，提出了近期两渔村村级发展规划。     

农业生态系统综合评价指标体系及其权重

本文用主成分分析和聚类分析法将刘岭村农业生态系统聚为四个亚系统类型，在此基础上，建立了四层关系综合评价指标体系，用主成分分析和层次分析法确定了各层指标的权重向量，结果与实际相符。     

Application of a Cleaning System Made up of a Centrifugal Fan with Double Channel and One Sieve to Combine

In this paper the application of a cleaning system which was made up of a centrifugal fan with double channel and one sieve to 4LZ-3.5 combine was introduced.This cleaning system with double channel compared with the traditional air-sieve cleaning system of combines may omit one two sieves and simplify the transmission mechanism.It is also compared with the present cleaning systom with double channel applied to some combines,such as the Commandor 112CS/228CS combines of Claas Corporation in Germany and the MAXIMIZER^TM combines of John Deere company in U.S.A.It may omit one sieve and the precleaner and simlity the transmission mechanism.The measuring results indicated that the cleaning ratio of wheat grain is 99.1% and the cleaning loss ratio of wheat is 0.17% when the feed rate is 4.01kg/s.     

两系法杂交粳稻70优9号主要栽培特性和高产技术

70优9号(7001S/皖恢9号)系两系法早熟晚粳型杂交组合,全生育期131(双)～161(单)天,与常规晚粳相比,分蘖力较强,成穗率不高(72.94%),穗大粒多[116.3(双)～139.2(单)粒],结实率较低[73.45(双)%～74.92(单)%],灌浆历期长[46.1(双)～55(单)天],需肥量中等偏上,吸肥力较强。高产技术:适时适量播种,单晚4月25日～5月初、双晚6月18～20日播种,亩播种量不超过15公斤,培育带大蘖壮秧;强调施足基肥,基肥总纯氮量7～8公斤,分别占单、双晚总施氮量的55%、75%,适当控制分蘖肥,后期施穗粒肥;适时轻烤田,养好老稻。     

食品工厂设备清洗系统CIP的原理与发展前景

食品加工企业在产品生产过程中,加工设备及管道的清洗非常重要。加工设备及管道在使用后会产生一些沉积物,如不及时、彻底地清洗,将直接会影响产品的质量。原地清洗系统(CIP)是一种理想的设备及管道清洗方法,目前在食品加工企业,特别在乳制品企业中的应用越来越广泛,论述了CIP设备的原理及其清洗剂的清洗效果。     

饲料中黄曲霉毒素的危害及脱毒方法

黄曲霉毒素是由黄曲霉菌产生的对人体和畜禽有毒的一类生物毒素,给畜牧养殖业造成了极大的损失。黄曲霉毒素对饲料的污染具有季节性和区域性,南方夏季高温高湿的气候极易发生饲料黄曲霉毒素污染。文章主要从黄曲霉毒素对畜禽的危害、黄曲霉毒素的检测方法及脱毒方法进行概述。     

寒冷林区汽车大修车间节能式空气净化装置的研究与设计

为解决冬季寒冷林区汽车大修车间空气污染严重问题，研究设计了节能式空气净化装置。文中论述了该装置的结构特点，设计原理，计算方法，技术参数和应用范围。     

A qualitative risk-based assessment of impacts on marine habitats and harvested species for a data deficient wild capture fishery

Fisheries management in most areas of the world is concerned with the effects of resource exploitation on the broad marine environment that includes all major ecological components. However, all fisheries lack some information about many of these components particularly marine habitats and non-target species. Such data deficiencies make it difficult to identify priorities for management action. Qualitative ecological risk assessment is one tool that can be used by management to prioritise and evaluate management strategies. This paper demonstrates the mechanics of a qualitative ecological risk assessment applied to a currently operating data deficient commercial fishery. In particular, we demonstrate how the method applies to two distinct ecological components – marine habitats and harvested species – and shows how it contributed to the formation of management responses. The method combines biological and ecological information about each component with knowledge on the operations of the fishery. Using pre-defined decision rules and criteria the available information is used in a rigorous, transparent and repeatable manner. The paper demonstrates that the method can be used generally to apply to all ecological components of a marine fishery where data is deficient.     

马铃薯晚疫病发生预报及防治建议

2008年-2011年,黑龙江省依安县马铃薯的晚疫病连续发生。尤其是2011年,由于7月份天气高温、潮湿,马铃薯的晚疫病超出常年平均值20%～30%,严重影响了马铃薯的产量和质量,给农业收入带来严重影响,因此,该疫情的防治尤为重要。
